My family of 8 went to Cha Cha’s to celebrate a birthday, and family drove up from San Diego to enjoy the day. We have dined and enjoyed drinks at Cha Cha’s for years. On this particular visit, we had an incident with an unpleasant hostess- a first there. Well Jairo, the Manager, reached out and was great! He apologized and did everything he could to make it right. He was professional and courteous, and really turned the situation around. We are grateful to him and will definitely continue to enjoy Cha Cha’s and recommend it to others. Thank you Jairo!

If think the ceviche is good, try the tequila.
Call and ask. That day it was the 5" thick pork chop. Best I have ever had. On a bed of potatoes with a citrusy salsa. Cooked perfectly.
