Updated 9/3/2022 ⭐⭐ I Went in for a haircut by Sue today; which was amazing and I gave her ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. My change in review two stars has nothing to do with Sue, but the way that Carmen, the manager, treated me by rushing me. I was paying for the haircuts with Sue when Carmen very rudely and abruptly rushed me telling me to hurry and signing the receipt because she was in a hurry to get home. Really? I definitely couldn't believe that she told me I had to hurry because she was in a hurry to get home. I do not think it's very professional to rush a customer and being rude and abrupt was definitely a way to make a customer feel unappreciated. I really couldn't believe that she, as the store manager, would treat a customer this way. Personally, I think they should promote Sue to store manager because she cares about her customers. Once again, Sue is amazing! If you get a haircut here. Let Sue take care of you. ---------- Two Years ago gave 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Besides having exquisite hair, Sue is an amazing cosmonaut collagist. oops, I mean cosmetologist! she really took the time to listen to what I wanted for my haircut and even offered some of her own suggestions. she wasn't a big fan of my professional job as a polar bear Wrangler but she really seemed interested in what I had to say. Now you are probably asking yourself.... How do you catch a polar? It's easy! You dig a hole in the ice, and stick a bunch of green peas around the hole. When the polar bear comes to take a pea. You kick him in the ice hole!!! Now that's what I like to call an ice breaker!! Lol Although she couldn't make my hair grow back, she was able to let me keep my ears and my eyebrows even though I was not a Green Bay Packers fan (go San Francisco 49ers!). I could tell that she really takes her job seriously and creating that wow experience for the customer. I know she is the big boss at that salon and is higher up on the food chain then hope or Katelynn, but I know that she cares about her employers and employees very much because she hasn't fired them yet. even with her tiny little fingers she was able to give me a deep tissue massage at the wash bowl. without a doubt! this was my best experience ever sitting in a chair with somebody that has a tattoo of a shiv on her wrist. all kidding aside thank you sue for a wonderful experience and a wonderful haircut and I'll see you next Sunday. BEFORE you know it Hope, Katelynn, and Sue will be like; "Bob who?"
