Lake Chesdin Park

Not much of a park but there are a couple of docks for fishing and there is access to the lake to put in kayaks. There are a couple of picnic tables and trash cans. Lake Chesdin is beautiful and there is plenty of wildlife to observe. We've seen beavers, muskrats, herons and even eagles. Would be nice if access to the lake was a little easier (weed overgrowth) and if there was a port o potty available.

It's a nice secluded area for launching watercraft, but is starting to look very poor as of late. It needs a true kayak/canoe launch. Dragging across rocks isn't the way and the structure is too high for us with fishing kayaks loaded with gear.
