Esteban was absolutely disrespectful I’ve been with Verizon for 7 years I went to go in an ask about upgrading my phone he rolled his eyes and gave me a huge attitude at the end of the day if your not going to be nice, be professional, as a manger I expect more. He was speaking to other customers the same. Had to go to another location made me feel so uncomfortable and disrespected.

Just helping a friend. The place is very small crowded and staff wasn't to eager to answer questions & not very helpful at all.

9 months ago I switched from my phone company of 14 years. To pass my services, with verizon, the worst mistake of my life. They are shameless, I do not recommend this company, it is the worst.
