Keith is spot on! Also Memorial Day weekend each year the Cherry Capital Comic Con is held at the GT Resort. Stop in and visit. Always a good time!
They do buy some comics. They don't buy a lot but if you contact them with what you have they are, in my experience, good about letting you know if what you have is worth anything and if they are interested in buying any.
