The staff was amazing and very on point. I got treated very well. The counselors and information were very helpful. The nursing staff always had the answers to any questions that I had about medication and were on top of anything that I need changed or adjusted. All the techs were always friendly and ready to help.

One of the best decisions of my life.
Blue Girl
Northpoint helped me get my life back. My sober date is 04/27/2020. As of writing this review, I am now 859 days sober, about 28 months. I struggled with addiction for 12 years before finally choosing to go to rehab. I remember being so scared to commit to being away from everyone and everything I knew and loved for 28 days. I wasn’t sure I was ready to quit or that I really could, but I was willing to listen and learn. I knew I had lost control of my life and needed professional help to get better. At Northpoint, their staff is exceptional. After a few days, you might miss your family and friends, but the staff are there for you anytime you need to talk or need help. They are all very caring and supportive. They attend to all your medical needs the entire time you are there. Very much including help with mental health problems or concerns. They have an effective method of detox that is safe and much easier to do inpatient then suffering at home. Northpoint listens to your feedback, and they are always working to make things better. The beds are comfortable, the building is clean, there is plenty of space in your room to display the empowering artwork you will be creating. Here is my FAVORITE part! Once you graduate rehab, you get to be part of Northpoint’s amazing alumni program. Northpoint sets you up for success because recovery doesn’t end after your 28 challenging days. The alumni group has weekly meetings in person and on Zoom. They have activities just for alumni about once a month and activities for alumni and family about every three months. So far, I have done: Axe throwing, rage room, paintballing, craft studios, white water rafting, escape room, Steelheads hockey game, carboard boat building, and more. Recovery can be fun! The alumni program keeps me connected to peers, giving me much needed support that makes all the difference. Going to Northpoint was the best thing I ever did for myself and my family.

Can you work while in rehab remote
Always, they my not have a bed byt they are good people who care.
Clothes (but they have a washer/dryer there), all the stuff you need for showers and hygiene, snacks/any food or drink you may want, bring books, journals, cards, hackysack...whatever can help entertain and distract you especially in those first few days 😊 umm..cigarettes/chew if you use that. You'll get to do a tabacco run once a week. (If you chew it has to be in pouches). I guess this is more of a girl thing, but blankets/pillows of your own really help and make you more comfortable :) best wishes!! Best decision I EVER made!!
No I did not. I don't believe they accept Medicaid
Hi, Eddie. Thank you for reaching out to Northpoint Recovery. We are happy to help. We accept most insurance benefits, but our team can help you verify if your specific benefits. We also have other ways to pay for cost of treatment, so the best thing to do is call to speak to our admissions team. They are awesome. Many have been through recovery themselves and can answer any questions that you have, including how to pay. Please call us from the number on this Google listing, we have someone here to help you 24-hours a day.
That is a negative.
Electronics are best to be left at home, so you can focus on your treatment. If you cannot leave them at home, electronics will be stored and locked in a safe during the course of your stay at Northpoint Recovery.
Hi Carol, Unfortunately, we are not in-network with Medicaid. If you have any alternate insurance, you can verify the coverage here: https://www.northpointrecovery.com/verify-insurance.php
Yes, we provide inpatient medical detox.
Clients are permitted to visit with their friends and family members on the weekends, but each visit must be scheduled in advance and the client's counselor must approve each visitor. For more information or to schedule your visit please call us at 844-249-4364.
We treat co-occurring disorders which is when someone is suffering from addiction along with an additional mental health issue, such as bipolar disorder. So in short, we don't have treatment for those with only a bipolar disorder diagnosis (but do treat those with both bipolar and substance abuse as the primary issues). Feel free to reach out to us anytime if you have more questions about services.
For marijuana addiction and mental disorders that would require dual diagnosis treatment, which Northpoint Recovery does provide! For more information on co-occurring disorders and treatment feel free to check this out: https://www.northpointrecovery.com/co-occurring/
You have to be getting help dor drugs and or alcohol, but they treat coexisting mental disorders as well, such as depression, anxiety, adhd, ect...
