Walked into this Rolex Boutique after lunch with my buddy. We were both trying to try on some Rolex watches. Alina greeted us very friendly and explained all the Rolex pieces patiently. She helped us both trying on few different models. She surprised us by offering an opportunity to own the very first piece of Rolex I was looking for! I can't tell how grateful I am I could finally own this timepiece. Thank you Alina! This is definitely Christmas in the summer!

I have been trying to buy a watch from Rolex for years now. A rep I first inquired with at Century city helped me but when I checked with her a year ago on the status she was no longer with the company and a few more attempts to have someone else help me did not go that great there. Fast forward a year later, and I walked into this location this past Saturday. Nicolas greeted me and was very friendly and helpful. He was a pleasure to speak with and even did a friendly follow up with me a few days later after I left. I will be patient with him to hopefully attain my dream watch soon but he really left a great impression on me and Rolex is lucky to have him. Definitely ask for him when going in!

The best experience I’ve had with Rolex yet! With the pandemic and market going the way things are, it seemed impossible to get a timepiece at any location in Los Angeles. Joanne went above and beyond with everything and managed to get me my favorite watch of all time. Her knowledge about Rolex exceeds any other AD I’ve walked into. If you are looking for a Rolex in LA, I highly recommend visiting in person and showing a face.
