Awesome community of new homes in Mountain House. This is a wonderfully master planned community with plenty of open space, parks, and schools. There is even a new junior college campus being built close by.

didn't like the overal the process, construction quality is terrible. Look at the big cracks all over the house. Opened multiple warranty claims no response from customer support. waiting since last 5 months to get ti resolved .

The quality is very bad I would not recommend anyone to buy. We bought their model home and they provided cheap quality stuff.

Want to give special thanks to Marina and Sean on the sales side who guided us through the entire buying process. They were absolutely the best from giving us the tour all the way to delivery and after delivery. It has been such a great experience working with Marina and Sean. Aaron the construction manager has been very responsive even during very difficult situations and limitations given the current labor shortages. He works hard even on Saturdays. Virgil did a wonderful job introducing us to our brand new house. He has tried his best to get all the issues that have come up after delivery resolved. It has been a challenge given all the difficulty with the skilled trades but Marina, Sean, Aaron and Virgil have been amazing and deserve FIVE STARS for all their hard work
