This current manager called Tasha on today 4/1/2022 is so unprofessional. I was on road trip, I stoped by this brach to pay my bills by depositing money to my wife account from my account, this unprofessional manager gave me a lot of troubles, by asking me some nonsese questions about my business just infront of other customers. And she (Tasha) went too far by refusing to proceed my transaction just because security issues. But she was enable to explain me that security issue. She just want me to call customer service. When I called customer service, they couldn't find anything, and they told me it's impossible. I been wells fargo customer for 11 years, but this never happened to me smh. This lady ( Tasha) doesn't deserve to be a branch manager for real. She is so unprofessional and so rude. I am so disappointed at her😞

On Monday Mar/07/22 , I went inside the Bank deposit money to my account, I am only one in the line , I have to wait about 10 minutes , just one teller at the counter ,she didn't say anything , she do something .... , she doesn't care about customer, 7 or 8 minutes later , teller at drive up window help me to finished my transaction .bank not busy . but I have to wait about 10 minutes , I'm very upset , thinking about close my account , I been with WF about 20 years , it's wrong brand to deal with...

I met a very nice new manager who told me they were reopening Dec 8. Based on her customer focus, I plan to give them another try!
