terrible place + full of toxic and arrogant kids. ---update--- Jeez, calm down. Seems like you are the one that need to take things a bit more lightly. if you can't take negative review then just don't do business at all. Playerbase is always considered as important factor that can impact the experience, especially in games like airsoft. It is very unprofessional to claim you are not responsible. You make rules, and under those rules people are playing dirty and unfairly, while your staff did nothing or even support those who ruin the game, then it IS your problem. So here is the review you want. We reported to the staff that a player was shooting at dead people and trash talking to everyone. The staff went to talk with that guy and came back told us basically "he has reasons so he did nothing wrong lol deal with it". During another game there were cheaters keep reviving themselves, someone went to report that, then the trash talking guy full-autoed him from 3 feet away while he was talking to the staff. The staff did nothing lol he just watched everything happen. Later on the staff mumbled in a broadcast about players can't revive themselves, but the music is super loud so most people barely heard it. Plus paying same price as other airsoft fields then only get one small boring map is just disappointing. Oh wait we actually pay more at this place because it requires some kind of "one time membership fee". Not only the map but also the preparing area is small & crowded. Half of the desks are very narrow and have no chair. btw the entire room is hot as hell. The day we went was 90F outside and somehow over 100F indoor. So this is your "best airsoft facility in the nation". I love how you suggested "we encourage you to try other places" lmao. I've been playing airsoft for years, and yes, this is the worst airsoft facility I've ever been. I gave a 2-star review because at least one of the staff was being nice, but after reading your terrible reply I'd like to change my review to 1 star.

Would not recommend.it mainly comes down to price and play time.if you have all your gear you still need to buy there battle pack which you'll never use again.it says 25 on their website but when I got there the lady tried charging me 28. The place is only open from 5:00 to 10:00 but they kick you out much earlier. If it was $20 might be worth it, but for 25 to $28 for less than 5 hours of play it's not worth it.you also really need a flashlight to play here .then the map itself doesn't flow very well, there where lots of games where I would either die really quickly or do laps around the map with out finding anyone.we played a few different games modes which was nice but overall I just wasn't satisfied,I didn't have that much fun.maybe if they turned on the lights for some games or make some light areas and some shadowy.nownif you've never played airsoft before definitely do not come here you will more than likely have a bad time plus you'll have to spend well over $100.the idea of a class system is sorda unique, but what a boils down to some people just use full auto against your semi. I'm fine with them banning polar Stars but I don't like them banning HPA tapped green gas guns and I heard you can't use propane.

The referees don't know how to handle any minor situation. Poorly managed. Alot of cheaters. Price to high. Hot as all hell in the arena. Go anywhere else.

Questions & Answers

Is there bb guns we can rent in battle labs and if so what types of bb guns we can rent?, and last question can we bring our own bb guns or no?

Just to be clear, you need an airsoft gun, not a bb gun. Bb guns use metal skin penetrating bbs, where airsoft is plastic. And yes, you can rent gear.
