In May 2022, I went to this car wash after receiving a coupon for a free wash. I took advantage to try it out and when I arrived the employee said I had to use a debit/credit card in order for the coupon to be valid. I admit I knew this to be a red flag and probably should have bailed but I did not. I went through with the wash and received a text message about the “membership” details that I did not want. I was not happy with the wash and they don’t provide cleaning rags to dry off your vehicle afterwards. I had every intent to cancel this unwanted “membership.” I never went back and unfortunately I failed to cancel this “membership.” On June 22 I saw Wash n Roll billed me $45.95. I immediately called this local branch to try and rectify it but that number was disconnected. I then called another number with 615 area code and left 2 voicemails and never heard back. I then emailed the company and was given a customer service number. Today I spoke with customer service who refused to reimburse me since I received the text message. I just wanted to put this review out there so potential customers don’t get scammed into their “membership” nonsense with the small print. I won’t be using this car wash ever again and will definitely let others know not to do the same. Even if I had canceled the “membership” and not been billed, their wash services were still bad compared to other car wash businesses in town.

I went there and got a car wash. Paid $15. Then I noticed more charges on my credit card. Ended up paying $101.85 for a car wash. Had to cancel my credit card. The credit card company tried to get my money back. Biggest rip off that has ever happened to me. I can't believe it is even legal. Do not ever go there. I have never felt so violated. In this day and time, when we should be helping each other, there are horrible people like this out there. Stay away, or pay dearly!

They signed my husband up for their monthly program without his knowledge. Said they sent him a text with their terms. He did not authorize this. Receipt says $25, billed monthly for $45.95. When we/he saw the pending charge he tried to dispute, left messages and no one ever returned call. I finally got thru and they canceled the program, but would not credit us the $45.95. Pure SCAM! Couldn’t even cancel online because we never received a fast pass number, which was required to cancel on line.

Don't go to this place, I went there, they offered me a 25 dollars trial for 30 days of their "Premium Plus", they charged my card for $45.99, I been trying to get someone to help me for 2 week, today customer service told me they can not refund my money, DON'T GO THERE, THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND STEEL YOUR MONEY., besides, they is no premium service is just regular wash that you can find in other car wash for $ 7.00. I will go to all my social media now and post the same thing so no body in Huntsville go there.
