Too Expensive, they get the item for free and sell with very expensive price. Forever 21 is cheaper than here and it is NEW. The staff are mean, they told us dont standing here because they are putting stuff on the shelf, they can put another stuff at another place first and come back when the client left, because of lazy and he’s chasing us away. One thing that make me never come back is the old security, i think he is the oldest one, he just staring at me, come and speak a language that I dont know. I saw he did that with a lot of people like he is trying to push all the clients get out of the store. I feel not comfortable with him when just staring at the client. I did not bring bag, of course, can not steal anything, dont because you are security and you can touch or ask to check client body or bag, you guys sell stuff so expensive, no surprise if people don’t have a lot of money steal something and change their item because no return or exchange. the old security is really annoying, make me scare to come back. One more infor if you guys wanna come, no fitting room, no return or exchange, no restroom. So if you choose wrong size you can not come back for exchange, lost money for nothing. Throw the item away or give for other people need it, dont donate for goodwill, because they will sell it with an expensive price. I donate my gf dress, new is $10.99. They sell it with $15.99 🤣.

Hi - Yes, it is there. It's open from 8 to 5 seven days a week. They move it in the evening to prevent dumping. Thank you.
Hi Madison, there are also many good reviews. We hope you will visit the store!
No, we hope to open sometime in 2022. Thank you!

Hi Ellen. Where are you donating? If it’s at 1010 Harrison Avenue you donate at the trailer in the parking lot. You can’t miss it.
Hi Jerry, it's possible, but unlikely. Our stores mostly carry clothes, household items, and smaller furniture items. But it all depends what is donated. Thanks!
Hi - It's best to drop off donations at the attended donation center in the parking lot at 1010 Harrison Avenue. It is also open Sunday. though the store is closed on Sundays. The store is open Saturdays.

Send a letter explaining your problem to Goodwill. They should reply with a reasonable solution. If they don't, you can file a complaint in small claims court, out if your problem is not a small claims issue, one of the other courts, like district Court. Check out masslegalhelp.com it is a really good site.
Hi Grant, under state law, we can not accept mattresses or re-sell them. Sorry we can't help out.
Hi Paul. Unfortunately, we don't do pickups. You can drop off your donations at one our stores or donation centers. You also may want to try the Salvation Army. I believe they do pick ups.

Our national organization has a valuation guide you can use as a guideline. You can find it here: http://www.goodwill.org/wp-content/uploads/2010/12/Donation_Valuation_Guide.pdf
Check with 1010 summer time
You can probably go to the Harrison Ave. store they might have more information since they supply Roxbury and the general areas. Or you can check online. Usually companies have an online process. Check Indeed.com under Non profit or Charities hopefully this may have helped you Good Luck!!
Yes. Thursdays -- not Wednesdays and you must be explicit in requesting a discount because it is not given automatic.
Hi Paul - Here is the link for info on how to donate: https://www.goodwillcardonation.org/morgan-memorial-goodwill-industries/
Sorry, but we do not do pickups.
I don't believe so but the best thing for you to do would be to call them.
Our Harrison Ave store is open until 7 p.m. though our donation center is closing around 1 because of the heat index. Our hours are on our website: https://www.goodwillmass.org/stores/store-locations-and-hours.html

Unfortunately, that is a question that you will have to ask them directly.
There's a Best Western and a Hamptons Inn a few blocks away. These mostly serve people staying near BMC (the hospital)
