I have been in a few courthouses in my life and been summoned for jury duty but in my opinion this county has one of the better and more fare judicial systems. Since I've moved to Oregon all of the county, city and state officials have been very helpful and acomidating. I believe that Malheur county has a very fare legal system from what I've encountered. I'm very happy with my choice to move to Oregon the nice little town I now reside in.

Very rude clerk lady when we were getting our marriage license. Had a very know-it-all and better-than-you attitude. Not a good experience.

Horrible experience! The clerk lady where you apply for your marriage license was so rude. Any questions we had was given with attitude. Any information that she needed to give to us was given to us with attitude. She would shake her head like she was annoyed when she needed to fix an error. If we had a question the other ladies there would chime in also and they were not pleasant either. The employees didn’t have to wear masks but visitors were required even if told we could show proof of vaccine.
