Scary, run down park. This place really does not fit in this area at all. In my opinion, it should be moved and cleaned up. Adding more fun places, cool shops, etc....oh and parking would big a huge WIN!

Subleasing is against the lot rental contract. Tenants must be the owner of the trailer.

No. Trailers individually owned and owners pay space rent.
