Update: We were allowed to get our MH to go on our scheduled trip but....not without paying them almost the entire estimated amount and the promise to bring it back!!! They fixed the initial problem we took it in for which was good. Just know, when you take it in and they assess what is wrong or needs repair etc. you will be required to sign a paper agreeing to it and you are not allowed to change your mind if something should come up later and you are unable to afford the fix. So just make sure you are prepared for the costly estimate you are given. I will update again once the work is completed. Hopefully I can change my review to a 5 star. The person we are working with is very good and seems to care about the customer. Took our MH in to have a specific problem looked at. They found other issues which needed to be addressed. We agreed and signed the paperwork to have it done making sure it would be done by a certain time. They assured us no problem it would be. We are now 2 and 1/2 days away from when we need it and can't seem to get anyone to answer the phone when we are connected to service. We have emailed and no response. I hope they are prepared to pay for the money we will lose for nonrefundable reservations we have made as well as tickets to the events we were going to!!

We recently purchased a Keystone Outback from Camping World of Meridian. We have purchased many RV's over the years and this was by far our best experience. I would highly suggest asking for Taylor Bircher to be your salesman. He was exceptional. From day one he met our every need. He was always available to answer questions, even when he was on vacation. He continued to be available for help and questions even after the sale was complete. We had an issue with the fridge after delivery and the Camping World staff was right on it making sure to fix the issue as soon as possible. We have never received this kind of service from any other RV dealership. I would highly recommend buying your RV from Camping World of Meridian and I would also highly recommend asking for Taylor Bircher.

AND all the things you did for us! You are AWESOME!! If we ever buy another RV from Camping World you will be the first person, we call. The Sprinter is Awesome.
