The books are well organized and the staff is friendly, they also accept trade-ins so if you have books you want to get rid of this is a great place to take them

Lost art today. It is still being done, I would try the Internet. You might also try some of the real big bookstores, like Powell's in Portland or the Last Bookstore in Los Angeles.
We usually have some at both locations. Call the stores directly and they'll be happy to look. Boise 208-376-7826, Nampa 208-461-6500. Thanks for checking with us!!
Hi Rick, Please call the stores directly and they'll be happy to look. Boise 208-376-7826, Nampa 208-461-6500. I've seen that book come in a few times so you never know! Good luck!
Everyone is right about this being the slowest way to get an answer! Hopefully, you called the stores and we had one. We transfer between locations once a week so let them know what store you want to pick it up at if we have it. Thanks for checking with us!
Bent Corners doesn't buy books, they give you discounted prices in trade for them.
If Bent Corners isn't interested call Dave @ The Yesteryear Shop and see if he is.. hope that helps
Yes, we can do that. You have to buy them from us or, if you already bought them, re-buy them from us at trade price. Then, shipping is $3.50 per book to mail. As far as I know, we're the only ones doing this in our area. I don't think I've mailed to Cotton Wood Corrections before, but most facilities won't allow hard covers, so make sure you know the rules before you spend the money to mail books. Also, several facilities have told us not to send too many at once because, if they don't have room for them in their unit, they just put them in the library. Make sure to bring the exact info for mailing. So, come on down and we'll be happy to do this for you. Thanks for checking with us.
I don't believe that I do Sorry. I can though refer you to Dave @ The Yeryear Shoppe in Downtown Nampa.
We're looking for a part-time person in the Boise location. It would be Tuesdays and Thursdays for four hours each day and we're flexible on which hours you work. You would also have to be willing to fill in for the two other employees at that location if they call in sick or need time off; possibly notified at the last minute. They hardly ever need time off, but we need someone willing to cover for them if that happens and that would probably be for full eight hour days. The position is for cleaning and filing books, but you would also be trained on the cash register in case you were called to fill in. This position requires you to be on your feet for most of the four hours and working as quickly as possible to keep up with the incoming books. It's not hard, but it's tiring. Let me know if that would work for you. Thanks for inquiring! Lori
Sorry, we don't have a copy of this. We've never had a copy but have had many requests. Good luck in your search!
