What a great find. Dylan and his staff are amazing. I was looking into the value of one of my older WW II firearms. Dylan took the time to tell me more about the guns, in general, and gave me detailed information about my gun and it’s potential value. He also openly and honestly discussed my options should I ever want to sell it. It’s nice to know there are still some businesses that provide integrity along with great customer service.

I use Old Arms of Idaho from time to time. I recently purchased a set of rare grips from them. Unbeknown to the business, there was an issue with the grips. I contacted OAoI and spoke to Alex. He was cordial, polite and accommodating. We resolved the issue fast and easy. Along with having unique, sometimes hard to find items, this type of service is why they will remain on my list of good companies to do business with.

Really great customer service, went above and beyond to help me. In my experience, many firearm and firearm accessory businesses do not have quality customer service. However, you can tell Alex at Old Arms of Idaho really cared about my experience as he personally made sure the issue (nothing that was their fault) was resolved...will definitely be shopping here again.
