You have a 1 year warranty with the home. Some items in your home are covered under their own warranty during this period. Then you have a 5 year structural. This is with any new kit home you purchase.
Morning Barbra, We do not deliver to your area so you would need to converse with a local dealership whom carries the Kit Brand to get specific delivery details. As the build time with the manufacturer fluctuates. Right now build times are out to late summer 2021.

Sorry you didn't have good experience with United homes, they took care our problems as quickly as possible, with only 1 guy doing repairs it takes awhile to get him but does good work when you do. Scott from Idaho
