Very pleased with all the work done by Dillabaugh's! Raul helped us with deciding what would look best to determine lines of carpet and laminate! The carpet was layed by professionals, the laminate was done by professionals, the transistion strips were done professionally! It looks amazing! We are very happy with the work and our floors look fabulous! We reccomend using them so you can have amazing floors too!

Ahmet did a really good job on a slight repair on our carpet. He was friendly, took his shoes off before walking on the carpet, and completed the job. He also tacked down a third location that we had not noticed. He called me about 2 hours before the original scheduled time to let me know he was going to run late and if that was all right. I told him it was fine. He called a second time to let me know he was on his way.

MyKal was amazing. She set us up with the perfect project manager and she had great taste helping us pick up materials. She was easy to get ahold of throughout the project and always happy to help.

Great place to find what you want and get the attention you desire. We were new in the area and were waiting for our home to be completed. We were dissatisfied with the tile work our builder had, had done and so went looking for another option. We stopped by Dillabaugh’s and we were treated royally. We explained our situation, and MyKal, one of their wonderful sales ladies, gave us her time and full attention. Her follow up was excellent, as well We felt cared for without any pressure. We found a tile we loved and they were able to complete all the work in a very short time. We couldn’t be more pleased.

I myself am a independent contractor, so maybe this question could be better answered by someone at one of the stores here in Boise
This would be a question for Dillabaughs employee 's
We do not to my knowledge
Yes, I myself am a independent contractor . My crew and I are qualified for most flooring application's. Usually sqeeky floors accure when two sheets of subfloor rub up and down and also when the sub floor moves up and down on a nail that has come loose. Most of the time the problem can be solved simply by screwing the floor down with 21/2 or 3 inch screws. Hope this helps you. Let me know if you need anything else.
