Was ready to purchase a vehicle, once they started the paperwork the price didn’t match what was marked on the vehicle. They wanted me to pay extra $4000 for the vehicle because of there mistake. Would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from here. Talk about bait and switch.

Very happy with our experience with Kendal Value lot and our salesman Erick Lopez! We drove into the lot near closing time just to look around. We had been looking for a commuter car/small suv for our daughter and had been disappointed by many dealers in the area. We found a Honda we liked on the lot and, Erick made us feel valued and didn't rush our decision. We came back the next day for a test drive and decided to buy the car. Erick was professional and friendly along with the other employees in the office. He stayed in contact with us throughout the two days and made the buying process simple. We were very impressed and thankful that we didn't get the feel like we were around typical "used car salesmen." We would definitely recommend.
