The styles are cute but the quality are definitely cheap! Their refund/return policy is tight to where it’s almost impossible to do either unless it’s a “defect.” It’s not so much that the items are defected but they are NOT quality made or the material used. I ordered 6 different styles! In each pack some items are sewn a little better then some and the material is thin!! As a boutique owner I don’t feel right marking up these items for a profit. If the item were bought for $20 or $30 with a sellers permit that’s about how much it’s worth!! I’ll have to sell these almost for what I paid for them and HOPE I don’t get a bad review!!! I’m so disappointed!!! This is my first time ordering and my last!!! I wouldn’t have bought any of these if I saw them in person!!!!

The customer service representative that awnser the phones is always very rude and smart ( she never gives her name so I have to refer to her as this unfortunately ) . Anytime you have an issue whether it’s an website issue or a package issue she doesn’t want to help and always has an attitude when you are trying to discuss your issues . She needs to learn customer service skills and learn how to treat paying customers/ business professionals . She doesn’t allow you to speak to the manager I have asked several times . I can go on and on with negative things to say about how she handles business long story short is it is not acceptable nor should it be tolerated . we are all here for one reason and one reason only it shouldn’t have to be a hassle to fix issues on their part only an apology given and a resolution offered. In all of my groups with other boutique owners I have always spoke highly of giti now I’m seeing that it has been a mistake. Bad customer service ruins the entire experience . I could have easily went on la showroom or fashion go but I decided to continue doing business with giti for almost 4 years I should be treated with respect and sincerity . Very disappointed with my experiences I keep having here now .

Gitiwholesale is the only vendor that I’ll order from for my boutique. I’ve placed 5 orders/ multiple pieces with them so far and I’ve been very satisfied. Everything has been of the highest quality and true to size for my plus size boutique. One time I did get a defective item, I sent pics, they sent a return shipping label immediately, by the next day I had a full refund for the pack plus shipping. I’ve had bad experiences with every other vendor that I’ve used so Giti is my go to now.

Stay AWAY!! They will take your money, send you defective items that they don’t want to sell, don’t send complete orders and block you from shopping if you file a dispute against them. I tried reaching out to them and no one helped. So, I did the next best thing and contacted PayPal. Still didn’t get all of my money back or the product. Shop elsewhere if you can! They get mad when you want your money back for items not received and block you from shopping, which is totally fine. Just be professional and fair.
