Definitely not enough people working at this location. Expect a really long wait but your pizza will be fresh out of the oven.

Major issues with actually making pizza in a timely manner. We’ve tried several and even though they say an order is ready it isn’t. They seem understaffed but when the says a pizza is ready you should be able to walk in and pick it up QUICKLY.

Called in for 2 hot n readys, they said my order would be ready in 40 mins. I left 50 mins after I called. Got in line ( mind you they didn’t have one person in the drive thru nor parking lot) when I pulled up I waited 15 minutes just for them to ask to pull to the front and would bring my order out. I then waited 15 more minutes as I watched 3 people walk in and walk out with pizzas… I paid to wait for almost 2 hours for my order. I don’t understand how hard it is to have pizzas already prepared as they are called “ hot n ready”

All hell breaks loose, and no one reacts. Nothing is hot and ready. There is no order. There is no hurry or rush. There is minimal acknowledgment of customers. There is poor communication and translation skills. Be prepared to wait 40-50 minutes on any given day for a “hot-n-ready”.
