This location is great. It’s always clean and beautifully decorated for holidays and special events. The staff is friendly and there’s great instructors. 2G classes and 45 Lift classes are the best for the maximum results. Be sure to ask for help during class if you think you’re doing something wrong or you may not be assisted properly.

Great service. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I was nervous going into it since it’s been years since I’ve worked out. But Jessica at the front desk was super welcoming and friendly and my coach Ceylnn was very encouraging! I pushed through and had the best workout I’ve had in years. I’m excited to go back!

This place is pretty awesome - curated workouts, friendly staff, and awesome competitions to keep you motivated. Prices did go up unfortunately but overall great!

If you’ve already been doing Orangetheory and become pregnant, check with your doctor first. Our heart rate monitoring is a perfect way to keep an eye on your intensity as you progress through your pregnancy. If you are a few months into your pregnancy and haven’t been doing any sort of fitness training, wait until after you have your baby and we can help get you back into shape!

Absolutely. Our coaches are trained to provide options for each exercise on the floor, in addition to offering a low-impact bike and strider alternative in place of the treadmill for lower body injuries or orthopedic restrictions.

Orangetheory is 5 Zone heart rate based interval training using specifically designed and timed interval training blocks. During a workout, members focus on Zones 3, 4 and 5. The workouts are designed to produce 12 minutes or more in Zones 4 & 5 combined (to achieve the after burn) during the treadmill training portion of the workout.
