This has got to be one of the worst Krogers I have ever had to shop at. I have had to throw so much food(money) away due to food being spoiled. I just recently started taking the food back bc I’m tired of wasting my money and one of the employees who worked in the frozen meat dept gave me ALOT of attitue bc he said “it didn’t come from there” (I live down the street) Majority of the time alot of the food has mildew & mold on it & its out on the floor. Some of the employees are nice but that’s about it. The pharmacy line is usually extremely long.i think the whole store needs a revamp. My next step will be to reach out to corporate bc this absolutely horrible

My experience here has not been too bad. The only problem is that the employees have been relentlessly watching me during the time I've been coming in here. I've been a very loyal and steadfast shopper of the store since around 2005. I really don't know what these people think they're going to see. I don't do anything different than anybody else. I go into the store, do my shopping, check out, and leave. I leave my bag at the service desk (or another spot if it’s closed) every day. People like to do indirect watching here. For example, on a number of occasions, when I'm at the automated checkout, the manager, Edward, will conveniently hang around the area. He'll talk to a customer or do something else. When I'm done scanning all my items and paying for them,, he conveniently leaves at the same time. This is just one example. Another example, which happens on many occasions, is when I'll be shopping and I'll be walking past a set of double doors which leads to their stockroom. Very conveniently, an employee will often walk toward that stockroom at the same time as I am crossing it. Or, someone will conveniently come out of those stockroom doors at the same time I walk by it. It's like they're giving me a subtle message that I am being scrutinized and monitored. I just find this very rude and insulting. Imagine having to deal with this for a 17 year period. on and off. You would think people would laud customers that are loyal and consistent. So much for "Kroger rewards" for being a loyal customer.

A man named Ebenezer tried to place a pick up order to this Kroger location after hacking my Kroger account. Luckily I noted the suspicious activity and was able to cancel the order and (hopefully) re-secure my account, no thanks to Kroger online customer service…. Won’t be linking my credit card to my account anymore since there is no way to do two step authentication with the app

I had to wait almost 5 full minutes at the self check out. When the girl came she was borderline rude. Seems to happen alot at that store.

Yes. Ask for the Manager.
The easiest way is to download the Kroger's app in whatever app store your phone uses (Android Google Play Store or Apple App Store). Once installed, you open the app and at the top is a search box. Look for the items you want to buy and add them to your cart. When you're done adding items, click on the cart icon in the bottom right corner. Check that you have everything and then click proceed to checkout. It will ask you several questions like if this is pickup or delivery, which store location you want, what time you want to pick up, etc. After making your selections just follow the prompts to pay and finish your order. Congratulations you've ordered online!
