This photo is representative of how terrible this store really is. They’re always out of everything, they’re always severely understaffed, the employees they do have are argumentative and surly rather than helpful, and they seem stupid enough to not realize there’s a Publix three blocks down the road. Kroger should cut their losses and burn this dumpster to the ground

Unfortunately, this store is usually dirty and looks like the floor hasn't been properly cleaned in weeks. The are long lines usually and only one side of the self checkout is open. I think the managers need to be more visible (like their competition down the street in the green shirts)

Answer the phone just to put you on hold, I've already called a few times and put me on hold, the manager can't even answer the phone for a couple seconds, but they need help, and don't know how to pick up the phone. Publix has better stuff anyway.
