Whoever was in charge of the playlist today… you killed it! We were singing throughout the aisles doing our Sunday grocery shopping. Thank you!

Been going to this store for years. My daughter too. Early this week, my daughter went in to pick up a few things while I waited in the car. When she came out , she told me she saw a mouse and reported it to a couple of staff.

Dan helped me out with a couple of gift cards yesterday, I had a rather complicated question and was paying for some in cash, some in card. He was cheerful, patient, and answered my questions wonderfully. Rang me up fast and had me on my way quickly, absolutely no problems. Thanks

This Kroger is an absolute disappointment all the way around and if I could give it one quarter of a star I would. We've lived less than a mile away for over a year and make the trip to the Green Hills Kroger the vast majority of the time. Tonight I ran in for a couple essentials and ran laps around the place since they have continuous rearranging in progress, and have for a couple months now. My husband went in to pick up a gallon of milk & a rotisserie chicken 2 days ago. An employee was stocking room temp sweet acidophilus milk into the open faced refrigeration case. When my husband brought it to a manager's attention, he responded with little concern and did not address the health violation. Also, the rotisserie and baked chicken were setting in the open faced hot display case, but there was no heat and all the lamps were off. Of course, we did not get that milk or the rotisserie chicken. The produce section is sparse nearly all the time, and is often about 75% empty. I planned on picking up some grapes a while back, but when I saw the dirty floor mats draped over the grape cooler, and the cooler not running & at room temp, I was apalled. I've included a photo of that occurrence. It never fails that there are at least one, and sometimes several routine items on my grocery list that are out of stock... this happens consistently. There have been numerous other issues, but when bringing them to the attention of the staff and management, there is never interest to improve upon or make corrections. The are hardly any check out lines available after 6pm other than self check out; and there's regularly a line of about 25-30 people waiting far too long to get through the line for the only checkout option available. There has been a "Click list" addition to the building, along with "Click list" parking spaces a few months ago, but it is still not operational. I wouldn't trust it if it were, at this point. Any self-respecting person wouldn't be doing yourself a favor, you'd be protecting yourself from mental anguish and a strong likelihood of food borne illness, even if you have to drive a bit further, to get your groceries elsewhere. I've been hearing chatter about a Publix possibly being put in the immediate area. Sure hope so, and soon. The threat of competition is the best motivator to encourage them to clean up their act. I would expect the masses would flock to Publix. We sure wouldn't hesitate to take our business exclusively elsewhere. For 2 years we've stopped shopping at Walmarts due to similarly disturbing situations. Hmm, something to consider... Kroger may be next for us.

Most of the stores are always needing good people, folks come and go, young folks who are on move. Go to the Mgr and ask if they can use your talents, take a resume. Good luck!
