Stop coming to my house! Your reps are rude and won’t take no for an answer! Horrible company with zero ethics.

My sales rep is KaVell Jenkins. He was extremely patient in explaining V3’s model. I was skeptical at first; but once I understood how their solar program works I signed on. They were respectful of my property, and the customer service was excellent. I always received a callback or a text. I’m now online under NEM2 and I couldn’t be happier and feel a bit more secure knowing that PG&E plans a 40% rate hike by 2023. I was seeing my rising bills. I’m now on a flat rate and can plan my budget. It was the best thing I’ve done this year!

Sales person came to my door in Diamond Springs and got my name off the package at my door. He was trespassing as the sign to enter the neighborhood clearly states no soliciting. He scooted off on a hoverboard like a character out of southpark. If you knock on my door and try to represent yourself as a “electric provider” then state, “you're not trying to sell something”, you are clearly a liar sir! One should ask themself before continuing a relationship of commerce with this company; when do the lies begin and do they end?

Yes, my mother has a well for her home and has a system/battery with V3. When the power goes out, the batteries will keep the well running so you have running water. Great peace of mind.
As far As I knowtherevhas been no tax increase. I am finishing up my first year the true up with pge is next month. It should be around 50 dollars
It really depends on if you plan on your home being your "forever home". If you have the cash and you are there to stay at the house, then in it might be your best option. I'm retired and do not plan on staying in this home after the next few years, so V3's program made the most sense. Still getting my savings in electricity.
I have had my system for years and can confirm that the program does not put a lien on your home. I was able to refinance my house just fine with the panels on my roof.
It really depends on how much energy you've used in the past, but as someone who lives in a house of 5, we used a lot of power. Our PGE bills used to be about $700 a month. Now I'm paying nothing to PGE and saving a substantial amount by going with V3. I'm saving about $600 a month. Even with the backup battery program, I'm paying nowhere near as much as I used to with PGE. Hope that helps.
I had a couple friends that built their systems themselves. They're getting the benefits of the system. Each of them have significantly lower bills, but they have to constantly monitor the performance of the system and take care of the upkeep. V3's program takes care of all of that, so all you really need to think about is your monthly utility payments.
The plan's really a no brainer. The V3 plan gives you all the benefits of having a system and backup battery without the responsibility of owning the system (upkeep, monitoring, maintenance).
It’s been around for 9 years
