I don’t know why but this place is always a hot mess. Took about 20 minutes for me to order and get my food/drink and I was the only one in line. There were about 6 workers in the store so I have no idea what’s going on. I was asked about 5 times what I ordered.. maybe new people are training but lord what a mess

The lady who greeted us and took our order was fantastic. She was so sweet and funny. I used the Dunkin app for a free birthday drink and used my Dunkin card (in app) to pay for my friends drink and she joked, "oh, we don't want to pay for anything today" which I thought was so funny. The drinks themselves were also delicious and were ready pretty quickly. I got an Iced mocha latte with oatmilk (first time every trying oatmilk, was very good) and my friend got a cold brew with sweet carmel cold foam which I'm told was also delicious.

1st time here! Masks not required. Employees are wearing masks though. They have a drive thru. We came on a Sunday around 930 am and was busy inside and drive thru. There was a wait inside almost out the door. The line didn't move quickly but we got in and out in about 20 minutes. Dunkin is my favorite donut place!
