Is the commercial vehicle parking near the base or snagging area for deliveries

The stagging is next to pass and ID. Also that will be close to the gate to enter the base. It is across the road from Law Enforcement.

Has herlong army depot been allowing civilian construction workers on base since Christmas break of this last year or not? Mostly inquiring about North American Concrete employees and company under direction of Gary Kuhr.
