Paid for the full service hand wash. Poor job on the interior cleaning. Car smelled afterwards. Floors were not vaccumed properly and my rubber floor mats were still dirty. My leather seats were not cleaned properly and I still had dead bugs on my windshield. I basically had to go home and clean again. I wouldnt wasted my time and money with this place. I went in the morning and was the 2nd customer of the day. The oilstop in Rohnert Park by the casino is cheaper and does a way better job then this place.

I had my car's inside detailed here, and they did a good job. The price is reasonable ($250 for a full inside detail), and when I asked for a discount, they gave me $20 off. The car was there for 6 hours (drop off in the morning and pick up in the afternoon). I'm happy with the service I got, although it would be great if they get some tools to be able to brush the carpets and get the dog hair out of the carpets more thoroughly.

Paid 120 for hand waxing and, many areas missed and looks like it was quickly wiped down and rushed through. Was told it would be 1 hour 15 minutes had it back in 35. Was willing to wait for a better job that I paid for. First time customer.

The worst car detailing ever.yep. This is after I left the place and paid $44.00. My 9 yr old kid does a way better job. I’ll be hiring her from now on. Ouch.
