I don't know who makes your sandwiches but I hope they are a new employee and just needs some more training! It was completely cold and trust me, the time it took to get through the drive thru they had plenty of time to get it right! My friend would not even eat the sandwich after waiting so long to get it and it was cold and "rubbery".

Sierra was GREAT!! literally the sweetest I had never ordered coffee from Dunkin’ before and she took the time to help me out. Super nice even said the coffee looked a little dark if I needed more oat milk and went and made it herself. So nice

I visit this location alot. Monday I bought a 24 oz blue textured tumbler and didn't fill it up until the next day. Its leaking between the two layers of the cup. I called and asked for an exchange and was told that once I leave the store I'm screwed.

Tried the new D&D yesterday, it was a very nice experience. Was greeted with smiles . Tried a new donut ( sweet corn) loved it. I want to thank the manager Tom, also want to thank all the workers who waited on me, Beyoncé was amazing mike was sweet and Debbie at the register was so patient and pleasant. I can’t wait to go again.
