I have called more than 10 times during their office hours on Thursday and Friday. Then I went to the office, the open light was on but no buddy was there. I ring the doorbell and waited there for 20 minutes still no buddy was there. I don’t think they do any business they are just there to waste peoples time.

The same day balloon bouquet order and delivery to my 7-year old grandson helped make him feel better after tonsil surgery. The website was easy to use. The balloon bouquet was fun and exciting. The quality was very good and when my grandson was feeling better over the next few days, he could enjoy the gift even more. Thank you!

My husband ordered a balloon creation 3 weeks ago which was never delivered and has called multiple times to try and get a refund but they say they don’t know how to process a refund. We are now forced to driving to the location to demand our money back. We will never use them again. I would give them 0 stars if it were an option!

Best experience I’ve had. I ordered 4 days before the party was & wasn’t sure if I’ll be able to get it cause the late notice but they did it & it was sooo nice. The kids loved playing with the balloons after the party. It’s been two weeks since the party & the balloons are still full with helium in them. Thank you guys again sooo much !
