Staff was curious and friendly. Discovered Cockroaches in the bathroom. You charge THAT much money for a room you need to close it down and spray! Won’t be staying there ever again!

Good sized rooms and quiet place to be in the thick of Gridley. The staff are very attentive and aware of who is staying and who might be loitering and I got the feeling of being home very quickly because of unspoken respect the staff has for their guests. They work very hard and it shows.

Visiting my niece, because of her and husbands health issues. Nice clean park for most part, showers and restrooms clean & well maintained. Have not yet stayed in motel, but also looks clean. People staying in park are generally friendly. Looked like there are RV spaces available. Not sure of overnight rates, I believe extended stay is just under or @ $700.00 per mo. But I did not inquire with Management.

Yes the RV park does. Dont believe that the Inn part does as they do not rent to locsls.

Spaces are big enough to fit a 35 ft trailer and it's about 750-800 a month with electricity and water they have showers and toilets if your trailer doesn't come with them
