These past few visits, an employee has told me I didn’t order something and tried giving me only one of my ordered items (i order on the app and pay on the app). I’ve started taking pictures of my confirmation and payment on the app to prove that I even ordered my items. This visit they got my order wrong and thats after the employee told me I didn’t order an item (picture proof comes in handy).

I prefer Starbucks over it other coffee shops but damn these places always rip me off always order quads over five shots to be able to taste the coffee but seems like I still get a regular two shot what they come with

If you want hot coffee in the afternoon you have to ask for an americano. Otherwise your coffee will be cold. Would you expect that from a coffee shop?
