Called 15 minutes before close to ask if they had a couple games in stock that I’m looking for. They put me on hold which is fine, and took care of the customer at the register, which I heard because they just set the phone on the counter. After they finished with the customer they proceeded to leave me on the counter for the next 12 minutes so they could chit chat and play music. Clearly they just want to go home and not help me out. Poor customer service when I’m trying to spend money at your business and it’s a 2 minute question 15 minutes before close. Hs

Had a series x in stock and helped me pick up some gameboy games. Really appreciated the staff today. Ill be back.

The staff are extremely friendly, some might say overly friendly. I always leave satisfied. Sometimes however the prices are a tad high, but I'm willing to pay that to support a smaller business. Sometimes the music playing can be inappropriate for children but it's better than the bland music they play at big box stores.

I’ve been going here for awhile now. Very nice employees. They know what their asked, if not another employee does. Good place to go, you never know what you’ll see!!

They are pretty serious about wearing a mask. Only so many people in the store at once. Plastic shielding between customers and the cashiers. No more significant or less so than other stores in the area.
That will depend on a few factors such as condition and abundance on hand at that location.
Yes they do!
So yes we do, but given the advent of streaming services driving sales of CDs downward we don't invest too terribly much into them as we used to. We can always take a look at what you have, just be warned we might pass on some
No.
No
Mostly movies, music and video games. And some other collectibles. At least that's what I see everytime I go there
As far as I know they do. They look through them first to see how much their worth. If you bring in 30 they might need a day or so to go through them.
Maybe, I'd go check
It all depends. If not, try cashland
Questions like this are better if you just call them and they can look it up for you no problem! (Sometimes the same game is different prices depending on condition)
They normally start around 300 for older ones and then go up from there
I dont think so
You'd have to bring it in for them to test it and make an offer.
Depends on the movie and its condition and if it is specialized (collectors edition, promotional, etc.)
They should!
I've never seen one there, but it never hurts to call and ask.
All depends on the system
Probably
Nobody is going to answer that for multiple reasons and they have no set price for anything.
