I would post no stars if it would let me. The attendant would not take contributions from the back, so I said fine, I would take them to the front as requested. I proceeded to unload my donations, which there were many items including several big boxes. The attendant was watching a Harry Potter movie and would not even get up to open the door. He just sat there as I struggled with carrying in the heavy boxes. A stranger made her way over to hold the door from a nearby restaurant. I did receive a sigh from the lazy attendant a statement of “you know we close at five”. I was there well before five (see below). What has this world come too that I take the time to donate, and all I get is such bad treatment. In case there were cameras or logs. It was around 4:30 pm today on May 21st (Friday). Having donated a lot over the years and usually I receive great service and a thank you. I do not expect anything to happen regarding this complaint, but maybe the tape will be reviewed and this lazy individual will get off his rear and hold that door.
