I don't recommend Butter & Cream beause they didn't follow the custom order specifications/directions I asked for on a cake I ordered for a special occasion. The cake tasted like it had been frozen and wasn't a freshly baked cake. Rather dry and crumbly. The butter cream frosting was good, however, which saved it from being dry as sand. Also, they were late in delivering the cake to the destination for the event. I will never use thIs bakery again.

Butter & Cream (formerly The Great Dane Bakery) never disappoints. From their cutely decorated cookies to their yummy pastries and delicious cakes, you can rest assured the dessert will be enjoyed. The small cakes are not cheap, running $50 each, so be forewarned that you'll pay a pretty penny. However, you can usually walk-in and buy a cake and get a quick customization when needed. I've also had customized logo cookies made for work and they were a hit. They always do a great job!

For many years I drive past this bakery when it was “Great Dane” thinking it was dog treats. It wasn’t till I was at a party serving one if their cakes that I was enlightened. lol. Great specialty cakes. A little pricey but never a disappointment.

We are so pleased with how our wedding cake turned out!!! Our venue, Rec Park 18, included a wedding cake in our package from Butter & Cream. The process was so easy... we picked up a tasting box, selected our flavors, told them our headcount, the design we wanted, and they took it from there! We love the dotted detail around each layer and the stunning quality of the buttercream frosting - it was smooth and perfect. As a finishing touch, our florist added the florals on the cake. Thank you Butter & Cream for making a stunning and delicious wedding cake for us!
