The process in renting a space has been so incredibly easy and the price is incredible! I have rented from Extra Space before in another area. They never raised the price and customer service was always excellent. We live just a few blocks from Extra Space Storage and were in need of some storage units. I called the Los Alamitos office and Asher answered. I told him what I needed and he was able to accommodate us immediately. He was comprehensible, polite, knowledgable and friendly and the entire leasing conversation took about 15 minutes. Very impressive.
