Jorge Rodrigues was our project manager and did an AMAZING job. He was super responsive, professional, informative and so easy to work with. We had flooring put down in our WHOLE house and Jorge and his team did an amazing job. I HIGHLY recommend Jorge if you want a smooth, quick, professional job.

Worked with Anthony. Excellent experience - Anthony worked hard to accommodate our budget. The flooring work was done well, on time, and the pricing was fair.

A team that knows its stuff!! Anthony went above and beyond while working with my old school parents. We surprised my parents with a brand new kitchen floor in their 1950’s home and I wanted to make sure they didn’t try to do it themselves. (They sure tried and I was NOT going to let that happen!) Anthony came in as the expert and helped them understand why things needed to be done a certain way to protect their investment. He was so patient with us and even communicated directly with their cabinet guy for the installation timeline. We also used Zothex last year for our own home and we will continue to use and recommend them to everyone. (Photo is from our home including beautiful stairs and risers) Great experience!! Thank you, Anthony and Zothex!

Don't use a very wet mop to clean laminate floors. Instead, you can use a damp mop or sponge that is slightly moistened with water to prevent damage.
Yes, you can install laminate floors on your own. However, remember that the best way to ensure the longevity of your floor is to have a professional install it for you.

While you can't always fix a warped floor, you can reduce the warping. Remove the source of the water and let the floors dry. Minor warping can shrink back, whereas greater warping conditions might need some sanding.
The most common cause of a warped floor is standing water or heavy moisture right below the floor, caused by a hidden water source or other unidentified leaks.
Warped floors can't necessarily be fixed; a replacement job will be necessary, where the flooring is replaced by the flooring of the same length and size.
Vinyl is a much better choice if you're looking for a water-resistant option. However, you might consider laminate if you want to prioritize comfort and budget.
