Extremely rude and unprofessional people working today. It’s one of the HOTTEST days of the year. I travel 20 mins to come here and I leave my car with some empty water bottles to throw away. There is no trash outside the place. I kindly ask the people working to throw away my empty water bottles and they refuse and instruct me to walk a block away to the nearest trash. It would have taken them less than 5 seconds to accommodate me. I told them I will not be buying from them because of this. Very rude

I think that purchasing a beauty products such as hair should really stick to staying at a brick-and-mortar facility the reason why is because you have to be able to touch the texture of the hair and sometimes pictures are not very truthful When selecting something that's going to be so personal. I like going into the store and being able to select and feel with my hand versus the picture.
