I've rented my fair share of self storage units in my time, I currently have 2 here and 5 outside spots at other places. I can honestly say that I don't ever remember getting a personal phone call from a manager to remind me to pay my storage rent so that I wouldn't be charged a late fee come midnight. They had a storage unit available at a reasonable price for the area. The office clerk was very nice and helpful. Unit was clean, doors worked. They had pest control in there as well, which is nice.

Hello, there is a 4 day grace period. On the 5th day late is when the computer will do a lockout and a late fee is added.
It depends on size. I pay about $59 tax included for 10x10 also I'm on auto payment so I don't have to worry about a late payment fee if I forget but they have 3 day Grace period and 24 hr access. Hope this helps
