Front desk staff is very rude. I have never had a good experience with the front desk staff. Not once. Not to call to make an appointment and not as I check in. They are always very short. No customer service, no care. Especially Beverly. Every interaction I have had with her has been poor. She is down right disrespectful. Doctors don’t have enough time for you. You will ALWAYS have a wait in the lobby. I am the kind of person to get to my appointments 10-15 minutes early. I will never arrive early to this office because I know I will already be waiting 30min- 1hr before I am seen. The ONLY reason I go to this office is because my family has been established with them for years. But anyone in my family will tell you that the care has declined over the years.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Brockman for almost 3 years now and he’s a wonderful doctor very caring and professional! Takes the time to actually listen to your health concerns and gets your referrals going right away! I’ve never had any issues with him whatsoever. I’m a nurse by profession so he came highly recommended by my colleagues and I have to say they did not disappoint! He’s taken care all of my health concerns from adult acne to reproductive health. The problem that I’m having at the moment may be miscommunication with his MA MAYBE because I keep getting prescribed a medication I don’t need instead of the the one I’m specifically requesting which is well within my health concern this is my third time around calling and having trouble getting in contact with anyone and leaving messages don’t seem to help because when I do get the call back the MA says that she sent the exact same medication I’m requesting to my local pharmacy however when I call it’s the same one that I DO NOT NEED granted one of the side effect of the wrong medication can help my health concern but I don’t need it for the real reason to which the medication was made. Just called and left a message for the forth time wish me luck we can get this right for the last time or I’ll have to try somewhere else which I’d rather not because Dr. Brockman is the best MD in Modesto hands down

This office used to be a great place to bring ur family when they were sick. I know this place for years, the front office staff is great, the doctors is where the problem is. The last doctor I saw took 2 hours to see my kids. And she didn't even get them anything, we pay for nothing, she was kids of rude and ignoring what I was saying. So sad. To see that from a doctor. I can say more but I guess patients are on point.

It is absolutely so very difficult to try to book an appointment with your doctor. Each time, the doctor is either not in, or the wait time is months in. When you try to book an appointment with a different doctor, same situation. Unless you book it right after you leave your visits, good luck getting your check ups done.
