I highly recommend Randy and the team at C.H I.! I own a small business and had a water drop land on me at 5:00 on a Saturday, only to look up and notice my ceiling leaking water very close to expensive merchandise below. I reached out to C.H.I and Randy was there within 20 minutes and tarped up all of my potential problem areas in the rain and on a Saturday until 7:00. He was beyond professional and put my mind at ease that I would not have further damage. He followed up after the repair to be sure the problem was fixed and even came back and looked over everything himself to be extra thorough. I was very grateful they came to my rescue!

CHI ordered and installed windows in my residence. Install was quick, clean, and professional. And none of the other window companies' quotes came close to the price I paid. Highly recommended.

Randy and his team went above and beyond to fix our roof and fix all the damage we had from storms and just old shingles. They worked diligently and very efficient. The roof looks amazing and we are very happy, DEFINITELY recommend to anyone who needs a new roof! It's raining pretty hard today as I write this and I am happy to report there are 0 leaks!!
Good Day's!
Be careful doing business with this company!

Most new roof systems are designed to provide useful service for about 20 years. Some roof system types, such as slate, clay tile and certain metal (e.g., copper) systems, can last longer.
You can replace anywhere from one to all your windows, depending on your needs. Most homeowners choose to install multiple windows at a time to save on labor and installation costs.
Depending on the material, maintenance, and climate, most window last anywhere from 15 to 30 years. Vinyl windows have the shortest lifespan, wood and fiberglass the longest. But if your windows are older than 15 years old it is time to start paying attention. Watch for signs of leaks, rot, decay, warping, or damage. You should only have to replace windows once, maybe twice in your life.
The majority of the windows we replace are installed from the outside. On installation day, our expert will do their best to look at the unique situation, and explain the process that will best suit the style of your home.
The price of a new roof system varies widely, depending on such things as the materials selected, contractor doing the work, home or building, location of the home or building, local labor rates and time of year.
Waterproofing underlayment is installed underneath the shingles in areas where extra protection is desired.
