I've worked her 10+ yrs but this company isn't the same place. It was more family oriented when I first started and we only had 1 or 2 human resources people. Now it's a whole slew of them and don't none of them do nothing for us. The only thing that really keeps me here is the OT. If that stops I'll be gone
