1/2021- This dry cleaners charged $100 on my husband’s credit card and they had stored his number without his knowledge or permission as he had not dropped anything off there and had not been there for over a month!! 1/2020-The cleaners did not put the crease in my dress pants???? They pressed it flat. Not professional. Looks like I need to press the collar before my son will wear it.

The costumer service here is the best I have ever seen! I work at the apartments down the street and we use Anchors Dry Cleaning as part of our concierge services. Nellie, the owner, goes above and beyond to make sure our residents clothes are ready in time and does everything she can to make it as easy as possible. She is incredibly honest and knowledgeable. Not a single complaint from the MANY residents that have used her services.
