I have been a patient in this office for years but have decided to leave Dr. Green's practice based on my most recent experiences in that office. I will focus on my last experience only. The following adjectives summarize his attitude: impatient, indifferent, disinterested, preoccupied. I am a licensed healthcare professional and am familiar with the indications of "burn out". I think he should consider retirement as the there is a marked difference in the service he used to provide compared to what I experienced.

My family and I went here for years and had to terminate services after very shady handling of personal damages caused by a staff member. Things were handled extremely sketchily, and no accountability or payout was provided. Taking care of long time customers would’ve been a drop in the bucket financially for them and more so, the principle of it is what matters most. It was unfortunate and frustrating to say the least. Many other mutual patients (some who my family and I referred nonetheless) were appalled after hearing this happening and have also terminated care. We went here trying to support a local family owned business and it came back to bite us - no loyalty reciprocated.

Unfortunately, we are not a participating provider for Martin's Point, however, we will bill them as a courtesy. We advise that you contact Martin's Point to ask them if they will pay for out of network providers and whether or not they require you to obtain a referral.

Some insurance plans do not require a referral for you to see a dermatologist, however, some insurance plans do. It depends on your insurance policy coverage. We suggest that you contact the insurance company to ask if it requires you to obtain a referral for a dermatologist.
