Nice and quite. Had what I was looking for. Would have given a five star, but only had one register open. It went fast, but depending on where u parked you had to go through the store to get out to the entrance u parked at.

Nice lady there that helped me&my friend with the reddish natural twists, can't think of your name, but you know whom you are& so will customers when they reach the location in Cedar Hill,Tx.. wow she's very helpful even with the clearance items assistance🥰📍📍💯

I’ve been shopping here for years ever since I was a kid with my grandmother. It started off locally in Atlanta Georgia but it seems as though I can never get away from the store specifically even though I am way across the country. JCPenney has always provided great customer experiences with the best fabrics around. I had to come through I leave a great review on you guys.

No one is around to answer questions, too few people to ring up customers' purchases. We found something we wanted to buy but we got discouraged by long line...8 or10 groups of people with their hands full of purchases This was about 5: 30 pm Sat nite Feb 6. Get some help!
