I don't know what the issue is at this store, but my disappointment in this location, must be shared by many due to the low # of customers I see there comparatively. Customer service is extremely low, in an industry where poor customer service is sadly the norm. I will only go there again as an absolute last resort.

Horrible customer service. The customer service at this location has been going down hill for years. It finally has hit rock bottom for me. For the first time in approximately 10 years, I took my business to Home Depot. I was very satisfied and will be permanently changing locations where my customers and I shop. Tried it again on 09/14/22. I was surprised as it actually has gotten worse. Only lines open were self checkout. Out of the 4 self checkout lanes only two worked. 1 of the ones that worked, the customer was having problems and took a very long time. Would not recommend this store to anyone.

As far as we have seen and experienced, it's wear a face mask, social distance, and they have plexiglass up at registers. Pretty much as everywhere else. They're not taking Temps at the door anymore.

I would call the specific store where you bought it from and ask. Also don't forget to ask for the name of the person you spoke to. Custom mixes are most likely not returnable.
They did have it awhile back. Calling sounds like the best way to go
Going to depend on what paint you buy. Lowes sells high end valspar which is one of the best
