A whole sign that says that doors lock at 10 PM and they get locked at 8:55! I have to leave my clothes in the dryer overnight because of this and there’s not even a way to contact anyone. This is so unprofessional.

I am leaning more towards 1 star, but I will give it 2 for the dryers only. I do not frequent laundromats, but I sure hope there are better ones. We tried this one because the whole family had recently been sick and we wanted to wash more than normal. Our apartment has washers, but only a few. The cost seems great...but the wash machines are very small. I have never seen a wash machine that held so little. Instead of 5 or 6 machines, it took 12 plus we used 2 of the front load washers (which claims to be for giant loads but is probably closer to a normal load size). One of the front load washers leaked all over. None of the laundry seemed very clean, even though it washed really fast. The dryers are a reasonable price, worked well, and are larger. We ended up combining some of the wash loads into the dryers because we could. The next week, we went back to the apartment washers. The towels washed at this laundromat were crusty after getting washed (my best guess is that the wash machines do not rinse well) but they returned to normal after getting washed at the apartment washers. Clearly, there is an issue with how clean you can get your laundry at this laundromat. We also had people coming in to beg for money because the machines use quarters. There is a change machine in there, but when we exchanged our cash for quarters...several of the quarters would not work in the machine. I will never go here again (unless I just need to use the dryers).
