Every time I call I hear that I am on a waiting list and going to get a call back from a councilor, then I wait a week, call back and get told the same story.

I have nothing but great things to say about Canandaigua Lake Counseling Services and my psychiatrist, Dr. Susco. He's professional and takes obvious interest in his clients and will bend over backwards to work with his clientele and staff. His staff is friendly and efficient. Paige Blazak is a wonderful lovely therapist and I saw her for years from my childhood. Great place to go, especially if you suffer from mental health and substance abuse disorder. You will get all the help you need in one place and leave happy every time.

Angela Marie Manjgaladze prescribed me an anti depressant within 15minutes of speaking in February 2020, assuring me she cared so much about her patients and would be checking in with me. It's almost august, she literally never followed up. She missed our follow up appointment in April, and when I called yesterday to ask for a follow up, the nurse told me she said I missed my appointment. That's not true, I never got a zoom link, and when I called asking for the link that day which they forgot to send me, they never got back to me. I was waiting by the phone. Finally yesterday they made me an appointment with her for today. I was excited to finally be able to talk to my psychiatrist for once after starting meds. This morning, I got this email with zero explanation. Just telling me she's canceling the appointment and to find another provider. Not telling me how to wean off meds, not providing any referrals to any other psychiatrists, not even telling me why she's cancelling/deciding not to provide help for me anymore, nothing. This is extremely careless and dangerous behavior for someone who is responsible for treating mental illness, especially suicidal depression. It's also not appropriate to prescribe someone with suicidal ideation Wellbutrin which is stimulating. I highly recommend not going to this careless nurse for your mental health, especially if you're struggling with depression. Horrible.
